Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which gives you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and undamaged).

It must be in its original packaging.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you if your refund has been approved or declined.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Processing Times: Please remember that banks and credit card companies can take additional time to clear and post the transaction to your account.

Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your funds, please contact us immediately at info@stemtoy.com.au so we can look into it for you.
