Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Dispatch Notification: You will receive another notification email as soon as your order has been carefully packed and is on its way to you!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods

We partner with Australia Post to ensure your items arrive safely.

Calculated Rates: Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time and displayed at checkout, based directly on live pricing weights and zones from Australia Post.

Dispatch Window: Once processed, your goods are handed over to Australia Post within 1 to 3 business days.Please Note: The final delivery timeline to your doorstep depends entirely on the Australia Post and local courier networks. This transit time is in addition to our internal 1–2 business day processing window.

3. Order Tracking Details

We keep you informed every step of the way:

Confirmation: When your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email.

Tracking Info: For express deliveries (and applicable standard parcels), this email will include a direct tracking number link so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real-time.
